Senior Technical Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Interpret internal briefs and direction
• Conceptualise and assess the functioning of products and platforms
• Work collaboratively with key team members to deliver high quality products and platforms for our clients
• Build and grow Business Analyst team relationship
• Be able to present to senior staff and clients in a clear and exciting manner
• Responsible for ensuring check in’s with your senior in order to meet deadlines set by the client/agency
• Effectively manage time and be responsible towards deadlines
• Report to project XD Lead and Head of Experience Design
• Adhere to 3rdroot processes and standards of delivery
• Keep up to date with current and emerging design trends and technologies
• Motivate and inspire junior staff members
• Managing multiple projects and assisting in the coordination of the
  project team
• Delivering award winning work
• Run internal and external workshops
• Producing internal efficiency solutions
• Seek out opportunities for self-development
• Assist in generating scope of work for projects
• Provide timings based on scope of work

Key Account Managers
Required experience, qualifications and competencies:

• 6+ years industry experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Strong portfolio of product and platform work
• Ability to articulate and defend functionality decisions
• Excellent in producing conceptual UI models, use cases, tasks and interaction flows
• Excellent understanding of marketing, digital strategy, UI, UX and information architecture
• Proficient in using Adobe products and wireframing software
  preferably Axure
• Experience working with business analysts and developers
• Good understanding of the development process
• Ability to oversee and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in partnering with clients
